This page explains how this website currently handles personal information. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or user accounts, and it does not intentionally set non-essential cookies. It does include an enquiry and register-interest form.

If you contact us or register interest

The site may ask for your name, email address, the product or area you are interested in, and an optional message. We use that information to send an acknowledgement, respond to you, manage any resulting conversation, booking or partnership discussion, and understand genuine interest in upcoming Hobbyist products and services.

Registering interest does not create an order, subscription or payment. Please do not send information about children or young people unless it is necessary and appropriate for the enquiry.

How form information is handled

Form submissions are processed through the website hosting service and made available to The Hobbyist Presents. Form information is intended only for The Hobbyist Presents and is not used for advertising profiling or sold to advertisers. We will keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, relationship or product-interest purpose for which it was provided.

Photography

Images used on the site are selected with privacy and safeguarding in mind. Where young people are identifiable, appropriate permission for public use is required; otherwise images should be cropped, obscured or omitted so that individuals are not readily identifiable.

Changes to the site

If accounts, analytics, payments or other data-processing features are added, this notice will be updated before those features are made public.
